  • Do you provide any trial? Can I start with only 10$?

    Even though there is no trial provided. You can start with as low as 1$/day in ad budget. The service fee has to be paid in full.

  • What is the time taken for an update to the campaign?

    Any update that is made to the campaign which requires pausing the entire campaign or parts of will be made in 72 Business Hours.

  • What happens after the ads are setup?

    Here’s the plan for the next 4 weeks

     

    Week 1

     

    The first week involves testing our audience & message. The ads run at the minimal budget and our goal is to validate our approach. If our approach is validated which happens after 500-8000 ad impressions, we will start to scale the ads.

     

    Otherwise, we update the ads and the cycle repeats.

     

    Week 2

     

    If the previous week was successful, we would have started scaling the ads at a rate of 20-60% every day

    This week would give us more results & the picture will start to get clearer from hereon.

    We will aim towards 50-100 conversions per ad set per week to optimise the campaign

    Depending upon traffic behavior & ads results, it will be clearer what area of the ecosystem we need to work upon.

     

    Week 3

     

    The scaling continues. If the results are exceptional, then we would have exhausted our audience & burned out our creatives

    Depending upon the above factors, we will either change the creative and/or targeting or let the ads run & continue to push for our goal of 50-100 conversions per ad set per week.

     

    Final Week

     

    The final week of the service period is when we discuss the performance of the campaign in the past month & discuss the possibilities of renewal of services while the scaling continues.

    If there’s a drop in performance, the creatives and/or targeting is upgraded

  • How to judge the performance of a campaign?

    The campaign performance is judged by the highest performing ad set. Other ad sets as well as the overall cost of the campaign is not counted & is not a fair way to judge the performance. This is because, lot of ads sets are created for testing purposes. As a result, even the bad ones add to the overall cost.

  • There are limited impressions on my ads. I opted for the Basic Package

    Basic Package is centered around quality and not quantity. Scaling Package takes care of quantity. The aim of the Basic Package is to get your costs as low as possible, so when you increase the budget on them, the costs changes as little as possible. The budgets are kept low, and hence your impressions, clicks etc are low in quantity.

    However, there is no reason to panic as this is the optimisation phase and there’s nothing wrong with the campaign. If you still feel that budget is not the reason, feel free to contact me.

  • Is the ad spend included in the service fee?

    No, ad spend is exclusive of the fee.

  • What is the CPC/CPL/CPI Guarantee?

  • If I use a cloaker to run CPA (Direct Linking) or run campaigns like Dating which are not allowed by Facebook, can my account get banned?

    Yes, cloaker and any form of tracker/affiliate links pose a risk to your account. You also run the risk of getting your cloaked/affiliate/CPA link banned by FB anytime

  • How many URLs are covered in the campaign?

    The service covers one URL only per setup.

  • Do I need a fan page to avail this service?

    Yes, every ad has to be linked to a page as per Facebook. Although, it is a placeholder, a well optimised page effects conversions apart from having SEO benefits.

  • Is this service only for FB pages or apps?

    This service covers every objective provided by the Facebook Advertising Platform. For more details on what can be promoted, visit this link.

  • Let’s say I have a weight loss blog and I can get US Facebook traffic to my blog for a few cents per click or close to that using your service. That’s what you are offering?

    Technically, Yes. The CPC is unique for every website and it is advised to get in touch to know about your estimated CPC.

  • Is this good for targeting Local Businesses?

    Yes, it is. Facebook works great with local businesses as you can target people down to their pin/zip codes.

    No, I don’t sell ‘likes’ per se. I offer Facebook Ad Management, using which you can generate cheap & targeted likes for your Facebook Page.

  • What happens in case of account or the link getting banned?

    A refund is not provided in such cases, however you are more than welcome to get the ads resetup in another account.

  • How many ads will you create?

    Ads are created depending upon the requirement of the campaign. I don’t limit the ads to a certain number.

  • Are conversions guaranteed?

    Due to the nature of the service and factors involved in a conversion which is much more beyond than a single campaign and hence our control, conversions are not guaranteed. However, every campaign is created keeping conversions in mind. Every image, copy and the color as well as the tone used is conceptualised keeping conversions in mind.

  • Can I change the objective of the campaign midway?

    No, objective of a campaign is not allowed to be changed if a campaign is running or it has been 24 hours since placing of the order.

  • How many URLs does both the packages include?

    Both packages include one URL only.

  • What is the turn around time?

    It’s 7 business days (A week runs from Monday-Friday). However, you can request faster delivery depending upon availability. Faster delivery is charged a little extra. However, it does not compromise on quality.

  • What is expedited delivery?

    Expedited or faster delivery refers to delivery, preparation and uploading of campaigns within 1-3 Business Days instead of 7 Business days. Expedited delivery is an add-on & charged additionally.

  • How often will you make changes/adjustments in my campaign?

    We continue to make adjustments as long as the estimated costs aren’t achieved and aren’t stable. This can take anywhere from 2-28 days, although the typical time for optimisation is a week.

    Changes are carried out every hour, day & even every minute.

  • What is included in the Ad Management fees?

    Both tiers include packages with the same features albeit with a different person handling the account

  • I have never run ads before? Is that an issue?

    No, not all. Sometimes, the first ad can trigger Facebook which can flag your account. In such cases, you can submit the information asked by Facebook and retrieve your account.

  • How does the service work?

    I offer Facebook Ad Management and help you to generate cheap & targeted installs through Facebook ads.

    The ads are setup, monitored and optimised in your account. I require you to add my e-mail/Partner ID to your account only to run the ads.

    The ads are targeted to precise interests suited to your page/app/website. I handle the ad copies and creatives as well.

     

    Here’s the process:

     

     

  • Do I need likes on my page to advertise my website?

    No, you don’t need likes on the page if you are sending visitors to a website. Although it’s recommended that you have a fully optimised page with all details filled in including the cover & display photos. If you have likes on the page, it is an advantage.

  • What is ‘scaling’?

    Scaling refers to increasing the spend of the ads with the aim of increase the volume of conversions

  • What is optimisation or testing w.r.t your service?

    Optimisation broadly refers to finding out the best performing ads & weeding out the inferior ones.

    A couple of examples:

    1.  If an ad has spent $0.XX but has not got any clicks, it is paused
    2.  If an ad has got a CPA of $X.XX which is higher than the desired CPA, it can be paused.
    3. If an ad has a bad CTR of 0.XXX%.
    4.  If we bid X.XX per CPA, but the ads do not run due to low bids. In this case, the bid is increased
    5.  One ad set is giving a CPA of $0.XX and other is giving a CPA of $X.XX. Then the second ad set is paused.
    6. It also includes allocating budgets to different ad sets on the basis of their performance (done on an hourly-daily basis)

     

    This optimisation is carried out as regularly as every 10 minutes and helps you get the most out of your hard earned money.

  • What budgets do you use for your ad sets?

    Typically, the ad budgets are in the $1-$5/day range in the beginning. However, on occasions we may use higher daily budgets depending upon the requirements of the campaign.

  • Do I need the Facebook SDK to run campaigns for my app on Facebook?

    No, you don’t. A Facebook SDK helps in analytics. Without the SDK, you cannot track installs on Facebook. I recommend having the SDK in your app. However, it’s not a necessity and you can do without it.

  • Do you need access to my account?

    Yes, I do. However, you don’t need to give me your password/login details. You need to add my e-mail/Partner ID only like you would add somebody to your Facebook page. I can see & manage only the ads and do NOTHING ELSE.     For users without a significant amount of data using Facebook ads, it’s tricky to define how much budget you require. It would technically be 50-100X the cost of the desired action (link click, lead, likes, engagements, sales, etc)

    There is no limitation on the quantity of Ad Sets that are created based on the fees. The amount of Ad Sets created depends on requirement of the campaign.

  • Can I continue advertising after you are done?

    Yes, you can run the campaigns after the end of service period

  • How do you create/design the creatives/images?

    Images for the ads are designed keeping in mind the design of the landing page or the Facebook page & the overall appeal & design of the company that the campaign is being prepared for. The creatives can be plain or flashy depending upon the requirements.

  • Does the fees include all versions of my app?

    Service fee includes one platform or one URL.

  • Why is the basis of the cost estimation?

    The estimation gives you your best & worst case scenario with my campaigns. It helps you plan your campaign strategy.

     

    There are multiple reasons why the estimation is broad.

     

    1. Your final CPI is based on Facebook’s algorithm which is real-time & takes into account other advertisers who are competing for the same spot as your ad. Hence, it’s not possible to predict an accurate CPAI without running the campaign.
    2.  There is extensive testing involved in getting the maximum out of the campaign. This is done on in order to get the most out of your $’s. These factor in the costs that can eventually be achieved. Hence, without running the ads it’s impossible to predict a precise cost per action.
    3.  Estimations are based on previous experiences of working on similar campaigns
    4.  It’s not possible to accurately predict the cost without running the ads as it’s unique for every promotion.
    5.  Different ad placements have different final costs. The estimation is also sent keeping this in mind.

  • What is the difference between the ‘lite’ & premium packages?

    The ‘lite’ packages are an addition to the existing 3 we already offer.

    Being managed by the highly qualified team at 0-penny & supervised by me, the packages include everything that is part of the offerings of their parent packages.

    The team will use a system that I’ve developed over the years to repeat my path-breaking results under my supervision.

    However, the premium packages still continue be managed by me directly!

  • How & why should I I generate leads via Messenger/Chatbot?
    The funnel looks like this:
    Ad => Messenger => ChatBot => Lead => Follow-Up => Sale
    Messenger marketing is a very low-friction way of generating leads with an open and click-through rate which can be as high 80% & 20% respectively (email is 25% & 5%)

    In the ad, we will give the users something of value. A conventional example would be a quote, examples of your work or a free trial of your service amongst other offerings (We decide upon this while working on the ads)

    When they click on the ad, they will be taken to your Facebook page’s inbox where they will be met with an automated response from the page.

  • Can I change the objective of the campaign midway?

  • What should I do after the campaign for Page Likes/Post Engagement has started?

    The most important thing to do when running a Page Likes and Post Engagement campaign is to update the page with content on a regular basis. The second most important thing is to have a complete page with all its details. This refers to the About Us section, your cover photo, your profile picture.

  • When to increase the budget on the campaign?

    Once the ads are optimised, you can start increasing the budget by 10% daily. Please get in touch to know the status of optimisation on your campaign before you increase the budget.

  • It’s been a few days since I ordered & I don’t see anything on my account. What’s going on?

    You don’t see anything on the account or any progress as everything is done offline. You don’t see anything as all the ads are uploaded at once. General turn around time for the campaign is 5-7 Business Days.

     

    Don’t worry, I am working on the campaign and it will be delivered in the scheduled turn around time. Relax & have fun. I got this covered.

  • Should I add an old ad account to the Business Manager or create a new one?

    It’s preferred to use an ad account with a history of running ads. Unless you have never run ads before, you can create a new one within the Business Manager.   • How much time before we make first adjustments to the campaign?

    Ads usually needs to run for a minimum time of 5 days before taking any calls on changes to be made in the campaign.

  • How often do you redesign the ads?

    In the Starter Package, if the estimated costs are achieved, I don’t redesign the ads.

    In the Advanced Package, ads are redesigned every month.

  • How soon will I start seeing results?

    There are two ways in which a campaign can be run. Either, we slowly optimise it with minimum budget to prevent overspending or we start big and spend budget quickly to see if we are getting the desired results or not. Second method could lead to results quickly but they may not necessarily be in your favour. I use the first method, so the statements below are based on it.

     

    If you refer to results as impressions, you start seeing them as soon as ads start running.

     

    If you refer to results as clicks, you start seeing them within 24 hours unless we start with a low bid. In that case, you should see them in a few days. It’s done to prevent overspending.

  • How to upgrade to Advanced Package if I am already on the Starter Package?

    Advanced Package has a minimum budget requirement of $500. So if you are already on the Starter Package & want to upgrade to the Advanced Package, you can do that by paying $50.

     

    If the service period for Starter Package (28 days) is over, you can upgrade by paying $229 (Advanced Package – $179+10% of the spend; Min. budget required: $500, min. fees for Advanced Package (10% of $500): $50; Total min. fees to be paid: $229)

     

    If you decide to spend more than $500 per month, the remainder of the fees is paid at the end of the billing cycle.

  • What to look for in a campaign?
    1. A campaign performance is judged by its cheapest ad
    2. Campaign overall cost would be high in the beginning, as it is a combined cost of the bad ad set as well.  Overall costs initially looks high because even if each ad spends 1 cent and one of them gets likes for 0.01 per like, it will seem as the the campaign is getting likes for $1 each for a campaign with 100 ads
    3. Multiple ad sets are put out for testing, some perform, some don’t. However, every ad adds to the overall cost of the campaign.

    5.  The testing phase is 28 days, in this duration we will continually tweak the ads to get it under the estimation.
    6. The objective of the campaign is Conversions setup. As a result, it could appear that nothing is happening to the campaign as you don’t see any ‘Results’ on the Ads Manager panel

      To look at what is happening with the campaign, click the ‘Performance’ tab in Ads Manager and select ‘Customise Columns’. Then choose various your preferred KPI’s like Link Clicks, Cost Per Click, Page Likes etc to get a deeper understanding of the campaign’s performance.

    7. As you would see, we are not directly optimising for the end result or the final step in the funnel.

      The reason behind this is how the Facebook algorithm works.

      In order to get to our ultimate goal, we need to optimise for events lower in the funnel like engagement, link clicks etc first.

    8. You could also see that we are using the same text as on your website for the ad copy.
    9. This is not due to our laziness or lack creatives. This is what the marketing industry calls ‘Message Matching’

      In order to provide the user with a consistent experience throughout (ad-website-close), the same words are used in the ad as the landing page

  • How to find the URL for my Facebook business page?

    To get the unique URL for your Facebook page:

    1. Log into Facebook., then search for your business page. Click on the search results to open it.

  • Can I change the objective of the campaign midway?

    No, objective of a campaign is not allowed to be changed if a campaign is running or it has been 24 hours since placing of the order.

  • How many URLs does both the packages include?

    Both packages include one URL only.

  • What is the turn around time?

    It’s 7 business days (A week runs from Monday-Friday). However, you can request faster delivery depending upon availability. Faster delivery is charged a little extra. However, it does not compromise on quality.

  • What is expedited delivery?

    Expedited or faster delivery refers to delivery, preparation and uploading of campaigns within 1-3 Business Days instead of 7 Business days. Expedited delivery is an add-on & charged additionally.

  • How often will you make changes/adjustments in my campaign?

    We continue to make adjustments as long as the estimated costs aren’t achieved and aren’t stable. This can take anywhere from 2-28 days, although the typical time for optimisation is a week.

  • Do I need likes on my page to advertise my website?

    No, you don’t need likes on the page if you are sending visitors to a website. Although it’s recommended that you have a fully optimised page with all details filled in including the cover & display photos. If you have likes on the page, it is an advantage.

  • What is ‘scaling’?

    Scaling refers to increasing the spend of the ads with the aim of increase the volume of conversions

  • What is optimisation or testing w.r.t your service?

    Optimisation broadly refers to finding out the best performing ads & weeding out the inferior ones.

    A couple of examples:

    1.  If an ad has spent $0.XX but has not got any clicks, it is paused
    2.  If an ad has got a CPA of $X.XX which is higher than the desired CPA, it can be paused.
    3. If an ad has a bad CTR of 0.XXX%.
    4.  If we bid X.XX per CPA, but the ads do not run due to low bids. In this case, the bid is increased

    Typically, the ad budgets are in the $1-$5/day range in the beginning. However, on occasions we may use higher daily budgets depending upon the requirements of the campaign.

  • Do I need the Facebook SDK to run campaigns for my app on Facebook?

    No, you don’t. A Facebook SDK helps in analytics. Without the SDK, you cannot track installs on Facebook. I recommend having the SDK in your app. However, it’s not a necessity and you can do without it.

  • Do you need access to my account?

    Yes, I do. However, you don’t need to give me your password/login details. You need to add my e-mail/Partner ID only like you would add somebody to your Facebook page. I can see & manage only the ads and do NOTHING ELSE.     Service fee includes one platform or one URL.

  • Why is the basis of the cost estimation?

    The estimation gives you your best & worst case scenario with my campaigns. It helps you plan your campaign strategy.

     

    There are multiple reasons why the estimation is broad.

     

    1. Your final CPI is based on Facebook’s algorithm which is real-time & takes into account other advertisers who are competing for the same spot as your ad. Hence, it’s not possible to predict an accurate CPAI without running the campaign.
    2.  There is extensive testing involved in getting the maximum out of the campaign. This is done on in order to get the most out of your $’s. These factor in the costs that can eventually be achieved. Hence, without running the ads it’s impossible to predict a precise cost per action.
    3.  Estimations are based on previous experiences of working on similar campaigns

    Being managed by the highly qualified team at 0-penny & supervised by me, the packages include everything that is part of the offerings of their parent packages.

  • How & why should I I generate leads via Messenger/Chatbot?
    The funnel looks like this:
    Ad => Messenger => ChatBot => Lead => Follow-Up => Sale
    Messenger marketing is a very low-friction way of generating leads with an open and click-through rate which can be as high 80% & 20% respectively (email is 25% & 5%)

  • How to judge the performance of a campaign?

    The campaign performance is judged by the highest performing ad set. Other ad sets as well as the overall cost of the campaign is not counted & is not a fair way to judge the performance. This is because, lot of ads sets are created for testing purposes. As a result, even the bad ones add to the overall cost.

  • There are limited impressions on my ads. I opted for the Basic Package

    Basic Package is centered around quality and not quantity. Scaling Package takes care of quantity. The aim of the Basic Package is to get your costs as low as possible, so when you increase the budget on them, the costs changes as little as possible. The budgets are kept low, and hence your impressions, clicks etc are low in quantity.

    However, there is no reason to panic as this is the optimisation phase and there’s nothing wrong with the campaign. If you still feel that budget is not the reason, feel free to contact me.

  • What is the time taken for an update to the campaign?

    Any update that is made to the campaign which requires pausing the entire campaign or parts of will be made in 72 Business Hours.

  • What happens after the ads are setup?

    Here’s the plan for the next 4 weeks

     

    Week 1

     

    The first week involves testing our audience & message. The ads run at the minimal budget and our goal is to validate our approach. If our approach is validated which happens after 500-8000 ad impressions, we will start to scale the ads.

     

    Otherwise, we update the ads and the cycle repeats.

     

    Week 2

     

    If the previous week was successful, we would have started scaling the ads at a rate of 20-60% every day

    This week would give us more results & the picture will start to get clearer from hereon.

    We will aim towards 50-100 conversions per ad set per week to optimise the campaign

    Depending upon traffic behavior & ads results, it will be clearer what area of the ecosystem we need to work upon.

     

    Week 3

     

    The scaling continues. If the results are exceptional, then we would have exhausted our audience & burned out our creatives

    Depending upon the above factors, we will either change the creative and/or targeting or let the ads run & continue to push for our goal of 50-100 conversions per ad set per week.

     

    Final Week

     

    The final week of the service period is when we discuss the performance of the campaign in the past month & discuss the possibilities of renewal of services while the scaling continues.

  • When to increase the budget on the campaign?

    Once the ads are optimised, you can start increasing the budget by 10% daily. Please get in touch to know the status of optimisation on your campaign before you increase the budget.

  • It’s been a few days since I ordered & I don’t see anything on my account. What’s going on?

    You don’t see anything on the account or any progress as everything is done offline. You don’t see anything as all the ads are uploaded at once. General turn around time for the campaign is 5-7 Business Days.

  • Should I add an old ad account to the Business Manager or create a new one?

    It’s preferred to use an ad account with a history of running ads. Unless you have never run ads before, you can create a new one within the Business Manager.   • How much time before we make first adjustments to the campaign?

    Ads usually needs to run for a minimum time of 5 days before taking any calls on changes to be made in the campaign.

  • How often do you redesign the ads?

    In the Starter Package, if the estimated costs are achieved, I don’t redesign the ads.

    In the Advanced Package, ads are redesigned every month.

  • How soon will I start seeing results?

    There are two ways in which a campaign can be run. Either, we slowly optimise it with minimum budget to prevent overspending or we start big and spend budget quickly to see if we are getting the desired results or not. Second method could lead to results quickly but they may not necessarily be in your favour. I use the first method, so the statements below are based on it.

     

    If you refer to results as impressions, you start seeing them as soon as ads start running.

     

    If you refer to results as clicks, you start seeing them within 24 hours unless we start with a low bid. In that case, you should see them in a few days. It’s done to prevent overspending.

  • How to upgrade to Advanced Package if I am already on the Starter Package?

    Advanced Package has a minimum budget requirement of $500. So if you are already on the Starter Package & want to upgrade to the Advanced Package, you can do that by paying $50.

     

    If the service period for Starter Package (28 days) is over, you can upgrade by paying $229 (Advanced Package – $179+10% of the spend; Min. budget required: $500, min. fees for Advanced Package (10% of $500): $50; Total min. fees to be paid: $229)

     

    If you decide to spend more than $500 per month, the remainder of the fees is paid at the end of the billing cycle.

  • What to look for in a campaign?
    1. A campaign performance is judged by its cheapest ad
    2. Campaign overall cost would be high in the beginning, as it is a combined cost of the bad ad set as well.  Overall costs initially looks high because even if each ad spends 1 cent and one of them gets likes for 0.01 per like, it will seem as the the campaign is getting likes for $1 each for a campaign with 100 ads
    3. Multiple ad sets are put out for testing, some perform, some don’t. However, every ad adds to the overall cost of the campaign.

    5.  The testing phase is 28 days, in this duration we will continually tweak the ads to get it under the estimation.
    6. The objective of the campaign is Conversions setup. As a result, it could appear that nothing is happening to the campaign as you don’t see any ‘Results’ on the Ads Manager panel

      To look at what is happening with the campaign, click the ‘Performance’ tab in Ads Manager and select ‘Customise Columns’. Then choose various your preferred KPI’s like Link Clicks, Cost Per Click, Page Likes etc to get a deeper understanding of the campaign’s performance.

    7. As you would see, we are not directly optimising for the end result or the final step in the funnel.

      The reason behind this is how the Facebook algorithm works.

      In order to get to our ultimate goal, we need to optimise for events lower in the funnel like engagement, link clicks etc first.

    8. You could also see that we are using the same text as on your website for the ad copy.
    9. This is not due to our laziness or lack creatives. This is what the marketing industry calls ‘Message Matching’
